Information in the app
The app has no accounts, advertising or analytics tools. Coins, room records, stars, upgrades, appearance choices and settings stay on your device. Gameplay records are not sent to the server. The app does not access contacts, photos, location, camera or microphone.
Paid products
When using purchase features, the app sends a store receipt or purchase token, product, store, verification environment and a randomly generated installation identifier to the game-specific verification server over HTTPS. The server checks the purchase with Apple or Google and returns a signed cosmetic entitlement. Receipts, tokens and installation identifiers are processed only in request memory; they are not retained in server databases or logs. The app and operator server do not receive card numbers, names or billing addresses. Purchase proof and the latest verified entitlement are kept in secure storage on your device. A confirmed refund or revocation removes the entitlement. Uninstalling does not delete your store purchase; you can restore with the same store account. Sales start after verification is complete.
Email support and this website
If you email us, we use your sender address and the information you choose to include to handle your enquiry. Do not send passwords or payment card numbers. This website has no ads, visitor analytics or tracking cookies. Server errors may log an IP address, request path and time for security and troubleshooting. These logs rotate daily and are retained for approximately 15 days at most.
Storage, deletion and your rights
You can delete local records by clearing app data or uninstalling the app. The operator cannot access or restore records stored only on your device. Contact info@rowanzone.co.kr to request access, correction or deletion of information sent by email. Enquiry information is used for as long as necessary to address the enquiry, subject to any legally required retention.
Sharing and changes
We do not sell or share personal information for advertising. Apple, Google and email providers handle their own services under their respective policies. We update this policy and its effective date when the app’s information practices change.
