Please include your device, OS, app version, affected screen and reproduction steps. For purchases include the store and product name. Do not send passwords, card numbers or complete purchase tokens.
Restore purchases
Sign into the same Apple or Google account used for purchase, then open Settings → Full Garden Unlock → Restore Purchases. Internet is required. Purchases are not shared between iOS and Android. Restoring a purchase does not restore garden progress; cloud progress sync is not available.
Save data
Progress stays on your device. Uninstalling or clearing app data can erase your garden. To start again, use your device’s app data deletion controls. Contact support for server purchase record deletion.
Payments and refunds
The app is free to download with a non-consumable, one-time full unlock and no subscription. Request refunds through the store used for payment. Confirmed refunds limit new paid selections while preserving existing plants and expansion records.
